Research Opportunities
Our lab is diverse; we have students that are strong in mathematical modelling, spatial analyses (GIS, remote sensing) and field-based studies. We have access to state-of-the-art scientific research equipment through recent funding from the Canadian Foundation for Innovation, MUN's Core Research And Instrument Training Network (CREAIT) (e.g. Stable Isotope Laboratory, Core Logging Facility, etc.) as well as high powered computing resources through the Atlantic Computational Excellence Network (ACEnet). We moved into a stunning new Core Science Facility in the fall of 2021. If you are interested in working in our lab, please send me a cv, transcript and brief statement of your research interests. I am always keen to hear from students with diverse backgrounds and a strong interest in either basic or applied ecology.
